YOUR AGREEMENT WITH BenMoor Travel

Before we make arrangements for your hotel, airport transportation, excursion, or other trip, we require that you pick the “I Agree” option on the check out page; your pick will signify your agreement with the following terms and conditions:

BenMoor Travel, LLC (“BenMoor Travel”) acts as a sales agent for any hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). BenMoor Travel is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.

BenMoor Travel assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under ABC’s control.; and (4) any Supplier price drop after your travel arrangements have been confirmed, paid in full, or ticketed. You hereby release BenMoor Travel from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

BenMoor Travel has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For awarning about terrorism in Europe, go to:

For information concerning other possible dangers at destinations, BenMoor Travel recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, BenMoor Travel recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release BenMoor Travel from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. YOU AGREE THAT THE COURTS IN {Harris County} WILL BE THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ALL CLAIMS BROUGHT BY YOU OR BenMoor Travel, AND YOU HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.

For your protection, we require that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Proof of which should be presented to a BenMoor Travel prior to departure. It is mandatory that all attendees obtain travel insurance with a minimum coverage of $200,000 USD while t raveling with benMoor Travel. Such insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of or damage to luggage, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses.

U.S. citizens travelling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are travelling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

Cancellations are accepted up to 60 Days prior to trip departure date with a 100% refund. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to trip departure receive 50% refund of paid trip price. The other 50% can be used as a credit for another trip booked with BenMoor Travel within 1 calendar day of refund date. Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to trip date receive no refund.
